Empowerment Cards
Empowerment Cards are a set of 10 postcards developed with the following goals in mind:
To help students become aware of the attributes (or gifts) and developing talents that they possess as evidenced by educators.
To build student self-efficacy and resiliency in educational settings (and beyond) by creating awareness of their gifts and talents.
The cards are based on a synthesis of Traits/Attributes developed by the International Baccalaureate (BO.org) and insights from the Speed of Trust: The One Thing that Changes Everything by Stephen M.
