How It Works
Getting started is simple. Here's what the process looks like:
1. Submit a Request
Choose your customization level and add ons and let us know your preferred file format (Google Docs, Word, or PDF).
2. Send School-Specific Materials
Provide your school’s letterhead, current or past meeting agendas, and indicated relevant documentation (e.g., program info, board members, curriculum guide).
Note: If documents are not submitted, we will use publicly available information from your school’s website.
3. Receive and Review Your Materials
We’ll send your customized OAC toolkit for review within the specified turnaround time— 5 days for Level 1, 10 days for Level 2.
4. Optional 60 Minute Support Meeting
Schedule a brief virtual meeting to review the toolkit, walk through how to use the materials, and discuss organization strategies if desired.
