Reciprocal Interviewing Toolkit
Developed for the Chester County Technical College High School, this toolkit allows schools to ensure training is available to new and returning employers and addresses the challenges of changes in school staff so that positive student outcomes are sustained.
We created this toolkit for the interviewers who will be conducting mock or formal interviews with Generation Z students. This toolkit provides a variety of tools, resources, and articles from which to choose and decide which items might best fit the interviewer's style and support the timing and context of the interview experience.

This brief video may be used with employers and others who are preparing to interview Career and Techical Education (CTE) students for careers or specific jobs. Use this video as part of a brief training of both students and potential employers or counselors prior to interviews for internships, apprenticeships, or open positions. Recognizing Generation Z students’ assets can open minds, overcome biases, and help employers recognize the many gifts and talents new employees can bring to the workplace.
