Mentoring Toolkit

The foundation for this tool kit began when the author, Claudia Morrell, served as executive director of the Center for Women and Information Technology (CWIT), at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) from 1998 to 2008 to support her CWIT Scholars program. In 2018, the toolkit was dusted off and refreshed to better serve the students enrolled in secondary and postsecondary education Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.
