Building Effective Learning Environments: Empower

This is the third of five mini-professional development videos to support Career and Technical Education CTE) educators to create effective learning environments in their schools and classrooms to improve student academic, personal, and social success. This 20 minute video focuses on the second of the four NEIR indicators: Empower. Student empowerment is predicted by effective power use by teachers, positive teacher-student relationships, and a sense of community in the classroom.
